Inorder to supply flawless products to suit the highest performance specifications a rigorous quality assurance program is mantained and implemented at every step of our production process. It is our endeavour to automise each and every process to the maximum possible extent in order to achive zero defect quailty products.

A brief outline of quality assurance process is as below :-

Raw Material Inspection :- Every lot of incoming raw materials are tested on sampling basis. A complete inhouse lab is there for testing incoming raw polymer,carbons,chemicals,steel sheet and spring wire. All materials are stored batchwise on first in first out basis.

Inprocess Inspection :- Stringent quality checks are there at each and every process - right from preparation of polymer batches / metal preparation till completion of finished products. Each and every polymer batch is lab tested before it goes into production. All metal preparations are tested for rustfreeness,surface roughness,adhesive coating prior to going in for production.

During production and finishing all the components are constantly checked for dimension/profile visual and other specification compliance.

Visual/Laboratory/Dimensional inspection :- All finished products are checked visually under dynascope and subjected to dimensional inspection on sampling basis. Laboratory tests are also conducted on the finished products.
